Writing can be difficult sometimes, especially when it comes to one’s income. I write ‘Stop & Smell the Roses’ simply because I love to do so. However, if you’ve noticed, new entries aren’t posted nearly as often as I’d like because, when all is said and done, I have to put the monetary before the voluntary. Sadly, that’s the way society forces me to prioritize. I only wish this blog could not only be my creative outlet, but a source of income as well so I would be able to write more of what I love for those who love to read such work.

So, as a way to supplement my already minimal income, I am offering to write on commission. This may seem a little different since I am an artist who works with words, not drawings. However, if you are reading this and need a reliable writer to write whatever your heart desires, perhaps my capabilities would serve you well. This is a new endeavor, so writing style, rates, rights and usage are currently negotiable until I can get a feel for how much my services may or may not be in demand.

I truly hate this post simply because I now feel like a beggar who is only in it for the money. Except I’m not, and if money weren’t necessary to live, I’d continue to do this for fun until I run out of ideas or you all get sick of my ramblings. I promise to give all I receive back tenfold the first chance I can. I love you all so very much, and I know money is tight in economic times like these, which is why your support means more than you will ever comprehend.
